Q. HOW DO I BECOME A CHELSTON PRIVILEGE MEMBER?
A. To become a Member and enjoy all the benefits that come with this simply click on the "APPLY NOW" tab above and fill in the online application form. Your Privilege card and Welcome letter with instructions will arrive in around 7 days.


Q. HOW DO I CLAIM THE MEMBERS DISCOUNTS?
A. To claim your discounts simply Login in to the members area and select a discount you are interested in by clicking on "View Full Details". This will expand to show you all the details of the Offer and under the heading "
How to Redeem this Discount" are instructions that detail what you will need to do to take advantage of the discount offered.

Q. I HAVE A QUESTION RELATING TO ONE OF THE OFFERS WHO DO I CONTACT?
A. If you have a question or query relating to any of the discounts/offers then please contact the company providing the offer directly. Contact details and website link can be found when you view the full details of a particular offer.


Q. I CANNOT LOGIN TO THE SYSTEM OR I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE WHEN I TRY?
A. Please ensure that you have entered your 12 digit members number correctly (found on your members card). Then carefully enter your password making sure you have not accidently left caps lock on. If you still cannot access the members area please email the support desk at privileges@teamchelston.co.uk quoting your name, membership details and title the email "cannot access members area".

Q. I HAVE FORGOTTON MY PASSWORD HOW DO I RETRIEVE IT?
A. Click on the "Members Login" Icon and you will find the link "I have forgotten my password" below the login. Click this and follow the instructions. A temporary password will be emailed to you which will enable you to login and choose a new password.


Q. I HAVE A TECHNICAL PROBLEM WITH THE WEBSITE WHO DO I CONTACT?
A. All technical enquiries related to the Privilege Card Website can be directed to privileges@teamchelston.co.uk or phone our technical support number 08450 948 672

Q. I HAVE LOST MY CARD HOW DO I ORGANISE A REPLACEMENT?
A. If you have lost your card or had it stolen please contact the Privilege Card team by emailing privileges@teamchelston.co.uk quoting your name and address and stating that you require a replacement card".

Q. I HAVE BEEN REFUSED DISCOUNT BY ONE OF CHELSTONS PARTNERS WHAT CAN I DO?
A. As per the terms and conditions, Chelston and its partners reserve the right to remove or refuse any of the offers displayed on this website. However as Chelston are always customer focused we will always seek to resolve any problems. Please email us giving us full details of the problems you have encountered using privileges@teamchelston.co.uk please provide your membership number, name, address and contact details".
